Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the small-batch nature of our production and the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Each item undergoes individual quality control before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with photos included for review.

  • Natural variations in fabric, stitching, or finish are part of the design and do not constitute defects.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for review.

Shipping Policy

  • We do our best to meet all stated shipping timelines; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
  • Ongoing changes to border and customs requirements can create uncertainty in cross-border shipments, making delivery times and processing between Canada and the United States unpredictable. As a result, orders may experience unexpected delays during transit or at the border beyond our control.
